Concrete Project Manager

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (reports to DFW shop; statewide travel required)

This is not a paperwork PM role. This is a field Project Manager who understands concrete, can read plans, lead people, and take ownership of getting jobs done on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead crews on active concrete job sites across Texas
• Read and interpret construction plans and the scope of work
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and timelines
• Communicate clearly with the owner about job progress and constraints
• Hold crews accountable for quality and performance
• Help identify and develop reliable crew members for future projects
• Travel for projects during the week (home most weekends)
• Pick up the company truck at the shop for business use when traveling

Qualifications 

• 3 to 5 or more years in concrete construction leadership (Foreman, Lead, or PM level)
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish to lead Spanish-speaking crews safely and effectively
• Strong plan reading and layout understanding
• Ability to lead people without constant supervision
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle to get to the shop
• Willingness to travel across Texas for projects

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Pay: $30 to $35 per hour, based on experience
• Consistent work on diverse, interesting concrete projects

Schedule

• Typical workweek: Monday-Friday, project hours vary by site
• Weekday travel with occasional overnight stays; weekends typically home
